We use these answers only to run the Founders Program and contact you about it. Applications that aren't accepted (declined, withdrawn or still on the waitlist) are deleted 12 months after their last status change; accepted founders' applications are kept while their SolvyMed account exists. To have yours deleted sooner, write to support@solvymed.com. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Questions

Is it really free for life?

Yes: the paid plan, free for as long as SolvyMed operates, for one account, starting when you're accepted. Secretary accounts linked to you are included as normal. See the rules.

What data do you need?

Only test patients you create yourself: fake names, invented phones, a test CPF. Never real patient data; a file with real data is deleted immediately.

Is my patients' data safe?

We never ask for it. Your test file is stored privately, seen only by the SolvyMed team, used only to build the importer, and deleted once the importer ships.

Which systems?

The ones listed in the form, and others too: choose "Other" and tell us which. Up to 5 places per system in each country.

What if my system's places are full?

Apply anyway: you join the waitlist and we'll contact you if a place opens.
