Founders Program rules
- Who can join: licensed health professionals who actively use a clinic management system. One place per person.
- Places: up to 5 per clinic system, per country, accepted in order of application. SolvyMed may decline an application, for example when a system's places are already full.
- What the founder provides:
- A data export from their current system containing only test patients they created for this purpose. Never real patient data.
- A video call of up to 30 minutes showing how the export works in their system.
- When the importer is ready, one test import and short feedback.
- Real patient data is not accepted. Any file containing real patient data is deleted immediately and doesn't count.
- What the founder receives: free access to SolvyMed's paid plan for the lifetime of the service, for one account, starting on acceptance. It isn't transferable and can't be exchanged for money. Secretary accounts linked to the founder are included as normal.
- Ending: access continues as long as SolvyMed operates, unless the account breaks the Terms of Service.
- Credit: with the founder's permission, SolvyMed may mention them as a founder (name and specialty only).
- Data: sample files are used only to build and test the importer, kept in a private location, and deleted once the importer ships.
